• Orders received on or before NOON India time will be processed within 5 business days, excluding holidays.
• Orders received after NOON India time will be processed within 6 business days, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed on holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Proksham.com will be processed within 6 business days.

• Pre-ordered items will be charged upon checkout. Non pre-order items will be shipped within 4-5 business days from the date of order.
• Once the pre-order shipping period begins, you will receive your order within 10 business days for standard shipments.
• Shipping dates for pre-orders are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen delays outside of our control.

• • To cancel a pre-order, follow these instructions:
    1. Receive the order and confirm with our customer service team that you are returning the product.
    2. Upon confirmation, return the item to us.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the cost of your item, less the original shipping fee.

• We use reputed courier partners for all shipments. You can track the details of your shipment and courier partner through our website.
• Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available for receipt of the package. The carrier may leave the package at the destination address at their discretion.

• Free shipping is applicable to all orders of any value delivered within India, for a limited period.
• The offer may include a discount on shipping fees, displayed on the website or at checkout.
• Free standard shipping is applied after other discounts, before taxes and handling charges.
• The standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund in case of product returns.
